Returns and Refunds Policy

At Dulce Bonito, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you have 100 days to decide if an item is right for you. We offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.
If you wish to return the product, you may visit any Dulce Bonito store located in the country in which the product was purchased. or fill out the Return Form that is available on dulcebonito.com and return the items to us. “The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.”

With a few exceptions, Dulce Bonito offers refunds for most items within 100 days of purchase, as long as they haven’t been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and all tags and labels are still attached.

• Due to hygiene concerns, items such as bodysuits, hosiery, swimwear (except bikini tops), underwear, earrings, cosmetics, and face masks cannot be returned either online or in stores.
• Sale items are on final sale — returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges for items marked as “final sale” and reserve the right to classify other items as non-returnable at our discretion. Such items will be indicated on their detail pages. Products bought during site-wide promotions or with discount codes are not final sales, except for those in the SALE section, and will follow the same return policy as full-price items.
• Special collections and designer collaborations may have a return policy that varies from our standard return policy mentioned earlier.
• Gift cards are Final Sale.

Online exchanges are not possible. In case you wish to receive a different color or size, you need to return the unwanted items and place a new order on dulcebonito.com

FREE IN-STORE RETURN OR EXCHANGE (where applicable)

You are always welcome to return or exchange for free in any Dulce Bonito store (depending on location/Country). All items, except for those designated as final sale and subject to the aforementioned restrictions, can be returned with a valid receipt.

Your refund will be issued in the original form of payment used for the order. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Please allow up to 14 days for your transaction to be processed.

These terms and conditions are applicable to all orders made by you as a customer (“you”) through Dulcebonito.com, which includes the Dulce Bonito website, mobile website or mobile application, and orders placed via telephone. In these terms, “Dulce Bonito”, “us”, or “we” refers to Dulce Bonito Apparels Inc.
By placing an order on Dulcebonito.com, you acknowledge and accept the Terms and Conditions outlined here. It is important that you carefully review and understand these Terms before placing an order. Please note that only individuals who are of the age of majority, which is 18 or 19 years old depending on the province/territory, and not under guardianship or acting on behalf of a company with a residential or other address in Canada are eligible to place an order.
The availability of products or services on dulcebonito.com does not guarantee their continued availability. We may discontinue any product at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify these Terms without prior notice. The version of the Terms in effect at the time of your order will apply.

By using our site, you agree not to (i) post, upload, transmit, distribute, or promote any content or communication that may harm or adversely affect our business, products, or services; (ii) take actions or use any device that restricts, impairs, interferes or inhibits any other user’s use or enjoyment of the site, or that compromises the site’s security, or (iii) use any software, tool, agent, mechanism, or attempt to use any engine (including without limitation, spiders, bots, crawlers, avatars, or intelligent agents) to access or search the site or copy its content. We reserve the right to revoke access to the site and close the account of any user who violates this provision or any other provision in these terms and conditions, without notice.

Prices and delivery charges

The prices displayed on dulcebonito.com do not include (GST/HST), local retail sales tax, or the delivery charge. The GST/HST or local retail sales tax will be calculated in the checkout prior to completing the purchase and will depend on the place of delivery.
Regardless of the size or weight of your order, the delivery charge for each order will be the same. The cost for each delivery method is clearly indicated during the check-out process, and our standard delivery fee is $9.99. In the event that we are unable to deliver your order in full and have to make more than one delivery, there will not be an additional charge for any subsequent deliveries. Please note that prices may vary between in-store and online.

Ordering

You can place an order with Dulce Bonito either through dulcebonito.com or by telephone. Further information is available on our customer service pages. Once you have successfully placed your order, we will send you an email confirmation. In the event that we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible. If payment has already been made for your order, we will refund the applicable amount using the same payment method. We may use a different payment method for the refund with your consent, and no additional charges will be incurred.

Delivery

Dulce Bonito takes great care in processing and accepting orders, and strives to deliver them to Canadian addresses according to the chosen delivery option. Orders are dispatched promptly and in the order they are received, with an expected delivery time of 3 to 7 working days after order confirmation, unless otherwise specified. Rural or remote areas may require up to 5 additional days. While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframe, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. If delivery takes longer than 30 days, you have the option to cancel your order. Expected delivery details are provided before you place your order, and an email confirmation with delivery details is sent after you place your order and provide your email address. If your order does not arrive by the expected delivery date, please contact Customer Service.

Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel or return your order within 100 days of purchase, starting from the date of order placement. Please note that you will be responsible for the delivery costs as well as a return fee of $4.99 for returning items to Dulce Bonito. If you have received a defective item, please notify DULCE BONITO immediately and return the item. In such cases, DULCE BONITO will provide a full refund, including delivery and return costs. Please note that the provisions stated herein do not limit any statutory rights that may apply.

Dulce Bonito reserves the right to cancel any order that contains errors in product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, or availability, including any typographical errors or inaccuracies, before it is delivered to you.

Returns

The repayment or exchange of returned items by DULCE BONITO is guaranteed in accordance with the provisions, provided that the items are returned in the same condition as they were received. This implies that the items should not be damaged, dirty, washed, altered, or worn (except for fitting purposes). Additionally, all tags and labels must be intact.
If you have your delivery note or invoice, you can return or exchange items purchased on dulcebonito.com, subject to availability. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. If the purchase was made with a credit card, gift card, or a combination of both, you can use the refund for exchanges or new purchases. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Underwear, bodysuits, swimwear, jewelry, cosmetics, and face masks cannot be returned online or in stores due to hygienic reasons. The return policy for special collections and designer collaborations may differ from the standard policy above. Prices and offers may vary between our shops and the online store.

Accepted Payment methods

Credit card or debit card

When placing your order, you may input your payment information using a valid credit or debit card (VISA, Mastercard). The relevant amount will be authorized on your card immediately, but the funds will not be withdrawn until the goods are shipped. Dulce Bonito reserves the right to verify the credit or debit card’s validity, credit status with respect to the order amount, and the accuracy of the purchaser’s address details. Based on the outcome of these verifications, we may decline orders.

Paypal

Dulce Bonito may verify the validity of the PayPal account, the sufficiency of funds to cover the purchase amount, and the accuracy of the purchaser’s billing address when making payment with PayPal. Although the applicable amount will be reserved on the purchaser’s PayPal account immediately, the debit will not occur until the goods are dispatched from the warehouse. Dulce Bonito reserves the right to reject any purchase.

Dulce Bonito gift cards

It is possible to make payments for your online order on Dulce Bonito using gift cards, either partially or in full.

What We’re Responsible for

Our liability as Dulce Bonito cannot be excluded or limited for any matter where it would be illegal to do so under these terms. We do not intend to evade liability for fraudulent misrepresentation by our employees or agents. In the event of a breach of these terms, we will be accountable for losses that are a reasonably foreseeable outcome of such a breach.
By using our website, you acknowledge and agree that DULCE BONITO is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any other damages whatsoever, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, or intangible losses. Additionally, unauthorized access to or alteration of any transmissions or data sent or received between us, statements or conduct of third-party on our website, or any other matter relating to our website are not our liability. Our total liability to you, in any event, shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, in connection with your use of our website. If you are dissatisfied with our website or these terms of use, your only recourse is to discontinue your use of our website. This limitation does not exclude Dulce Bonito’s liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or any matter for which it would be unlawful for us to limit or exclude our liability.
